I am a third year Neurobiology and Education Policy Studies undergraduate student at University of Wisconsin-Madison. My research interest lies in integrating quantitative and qualitative paradigms to investigate how poverty and adverse childhood experiences may affect cognitive development and academic achievement. I have a strong interest in appreciating how both “boots-on-the-ground” advocacy and academic scholarship contribute to tackling social issues.
