I’ve graduated with high honors from both the Department of Psychology and the Department of Philosophy at Boğaziçi University, Istanbul in 2023. Currently, I am a master’s student in the EPS department with a concentration in CIE Also, I’ve been awarded with a Fulbright Master’s Grant for my graduate studies.
During my graduate studies, my intention is to focus on reimagining the educational content to place children’s well-being at the forefront. Situated at the intersection of psychology and education policy, my work engages neo-Marxist and critical theories, and uses grounded theory to study how neoliberal education policies influence children’s sense of well-being. Additionally, I am interested in crafting inclusive and responsive strategies in education in emergencies. My goal is to contribute to the development of critical alternatives to the prevailing neoliberal and neoconservative education policies in Turkey.
I’m also a great fun of running, chess, salsa, & badminton!
