Biography
Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, LaShanda Harbin is a doctoral student in the Educational Policy Studies program at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Primarily, her research focuses on how education policies can ensure the safety of low-income, Black, and Queer K-12 students.
