Regina Luo

I am a graduating student double-majoring in Educational Policy Studies and Graphic Design, with certificates in Art Education and Digital Media. I chose Educational Policy Studies because I am interested in how education can shape students’ learning experiences and future opportunities. As an international student, I also became interested in how different education systems support students in different ways.
During my time at UW-Madison, I explored my interests in education, art, and technology. One of my proudest experiences was working as a Teaching Artist Intern at Monroe Street Arts Center, where I supported children through inclusive, creative, and sensory-based art activities. I also worked on design projects that explore how technology can make learning more accessible and engaging for students.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy playing badminton, traveling, photography, and spending time with friends. I also enjoy making visual design projects and exploring new creative tools.
